The TUUT Charitable Trust were pleased to support the work of Dogs for Good with a £5,000 donation.
The donation was recommended to us by USDAW Eastern Region.
Caroline suffered a spinal stroke several years ago. Here she describes how her assistance dog is improving her life:
“Sailor my assistance dog has brought back to me bits of my life that I never thought I’d get back. He spurs me on to do more and more. I can go where I want, when I want, and my confidence is growing every day. We have an incredible bond. Sailor is the missing piece of my life jigsaw. He gives me help and happiness. I used to rely on other people a huge amount, I don’t need too now as I have Sailor to assist me. Now we’re in lockdown he is making isolation and being at home a joy. There’s not a day goes by when he doesn’t make me laugh. He has utterly transformed my life.”
